TSAHC staff recently participated in a key ceremony for a home constructed under TSAHC's Affordable Communities of Texas Program with funding provided by Texas Community Bank.
Through TSAHC’s ACT program, Maria DeLeon was able to purchase a brand-new 2-bedroom,
1-bathroom home located three miles west of downtown San Antonio and just 15 minutes from her work.
TSAHC partnered with Greenboro Homes to construct the home and used funding from Texas Community Bank to keep the price affordable, even as home prices continue to increase. To welcome Ms. DeLeon to her new home, Texas Community Bank also provided a stipend to help cover her internet expenses.
Ms. DeLeon is thankful for her new home and looking forward to completing her first home project – landscaping and planting flowers in the front yard.
